This online training invites participants to reflect on how they treat themselves after challenging interactions at work or in daily life. Through guided reflection and practical insights, the module explores the importance of self-compassion, encouraging learners to move away from self-criticism and toward kindness toward themselves. Drawing on the idea that compassion must include oneself, the course highlights how self-compassion supports motivation, mental and physical well-being, and resilience while reducing the risk of burnout; participants can create a Colorado State University account to earn a completion certificate.
